Showplace Icon Theatres Refund Policy


Refunds for Tickets Purchased on ShowPlaceICON.com or on the ShowPlace ICON App

Tickets can only be refunded up to fifteen minutes prior to showtime. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. To request a refund prior to showtime, click on the refund link on the booking confirmation email and follow steps listed.


Ticketing service fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to admission pricing and policies and seating availability.


Refunds and Exchanges at the Theatre's Box Office

Tickets may be exchanged/refunded at the theatre's box office any time before the showtime. To exchange ticket purchases at the theatre, the credit card or gift card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office.

Refunds for Tickets Purchased through Atom Tickets or Fandango

Tickets that were purchased through Atom Tickets must be refunded through Atom Tickets. To receive a refund from Atom Tickets, please contact them at least 30 minutes prior to your movie showtime at support@atomtickets.com or 1-844-838-6284. Tickets purchased through Fandango must be refunded through Fandango. To receive a refund from Fandango, please contact them at least 2 hours before your movie showtime at 1-866-857-5191 or request a refund through Fandango's customer service form.
